At Elite Ready Mix, our state-of-the-art concrete batching plants are engineered for precision, consistency, and performance. Utilizing advanced wet mix technology, each plant is fully automated and designed to deliver optimal efficiency while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Our facilities feature five aggregate compartments, each with a 35 m³ capacity, dedicated to sand and gravel storage. An inline silo system efficiently manages key materials including Cement, GGBS, Micro Silica, Fly Ash, and other specialized additives. The batching process incorporates discharge belts used as precision weighers, pneumatic discharge gates, and segregated coarse and fine aggregate dispersal mechanisms for accurate and consistent mixing.

To ensure precise moisture control, we use moisture sensors—one for each type of sand. These sensors, based on capacitive measurement principles, deliver over 50 readings per second and are equipped with microprocessors, high-strength ceramic shields, stainless steel housing, and temperature compensation. This technology allows for automatic water/aggregate compensation, ensuring consistency across every batch.

All plant operations are overseen by skilled personnel under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager. Strict adherence to QA/QC protocols and safety standards is maintained at all times.
